The historic Jamestown Glasshouse was a point of interest for Al Roker and Dylan Dreyer from the Today Show 3rd hour and were joined by actor/comedian Patton Oswalt. The Glasshouse is part of Colonial National Historical Park, but the glassblowers are employees of America’s National Parks™, the largest non-profit retail and educational partner of the National Park Service. Some of the crew participated in creating a piece of glass in the historic 17th-century glass-blowing style, that is kept alive by expert artisan glassblowers at the Jamestown Glasshouse. The piece was a Green Glass Mug with a special Today Show emblem etched into the glass. You can find this style piece and others like it for sale at the Jamestown Glasshouse or on the America’s National Parks Online Store, where your purchase supports the parks.
