At Eastern National and America’s National Parks™, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to our employees and their families that supports and helps them achieve health, financial, and wellness goals.

We offer medical, dental and vision Plans, as well as Flexible Spending (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) for eligible employees and their families.

All employees have immediate eligibility to participate in our retirement plan. The Plan allows for pre-tax or Roth contributions. Eligible employees can receive employer match contributions. 

Eligible employees accrue annual (vacation) and sick leave each pay period, and receive 10 paid holidays each year. 

All employees and their families get access to free and confidential services such as crisiand stress managementhealth, financial and legal referral assistance, and wellness guidance through this program. 

Employees can participate in supplemental insurance programs such as short-term
 disability, accident insurance and tax-free transportation expense commuter benefit (where available). Employees can participate in employer paid long-term disability insurance.

t America’s National Parks Stores and access to an entertainment savings portal with discounts on travel, amusement park fees, and movie tickets.
