Respectful Workplace Training Enters Second Year

Apr 25, 2019What's New

For the second year in a row, Eastern National employees at all levels of the company will participate in Respectful Workplace Training workshops. The initiative aims to foster an environment of respect and inclusion throughout EN.

Launched in 2018, EN’s Respectful Workplace Training is designed to spark thoughtful conversation between colleagues about what constitutes unacceptable behavior and harassment at work. By examining real-life examples from other companies, training groups had an opportunity to analyze and discuss workplace conduct as well as review Eastern National’s Code of Conduct and Workplace Harassment policies. Procedures and resources for reporting inappropriate conduct were also covered during the trainings.

Respectful Workplace Training is completed by all EN employees on an annual basis, with sessions delivered in person and remotely.
