Eastern National has successfully launched its Respectful Workplace initiative. This learning opportunity is the first in a series of trainings designed to educate, define, and reinforce expectations in support of our commitment to provide a workplace that is safe and respectful for all employees. Our goal is to have all employees trained by the end of the calendar year.
EN leadership and management are currently participating in the trainings, while most field staff trainings begin September 6. Stay tuned for more updates!
